It would appear that, for the plants being referred to, that the qualities for smaller person plant stature and white blossoms are passive and that the qualities for tall plant tallness and purple blooms are predominant.

How about we demonstrate the overwhelm qualities as TT for tallness and PP for shading and the passive as tt for stature and pp for shading.

In this way, the genotypes for the parent plants would need to be ttPP for one and TTpp for the other.
