In the parallelogram ABCD,AB=12CM,AD=8CM and CE=6.2CM.Find the length of BF

Area of parallelogram = Length of one side × Perpendicular distance between the parallel sides = AB × CE = AD × BF = 12 × 6.2 = 8 × BF = 74.4 cm^2
BF = Area / AD = 74.4 / 8 = 9.3cm.
