How does kaspar try to justify war?????

I am not sure if u have the write question but if u are asking about ill effects of war which kasper is trying to justify is that there is no outcome of war , only loss of life and economy and whosoever wins will also suffer loss, in number and as well as wealth so war is pointless. there is only killing and bloodshed of the innocents.
