In the solution chlororform and benzene there is hydrogen bonding between the two that reduces the vapour pressure of the solution
But how can there be hydrogen bonding in between chloroform and benzene when there is no presence of fluorine , oxygen and nitrogen ?

actually they do not form hydrogen bonding but they do form something like that.
there are interactions between hydrogen atom of chloroform and 'pi' electron cloud of benzene ring.
