Area of triangle EQF =area of triangle EQP + area of triangle QPF.
=6+6
=12cm^2

As the line QP is a median for the triangle EQF.
So it divides the triangle into two triangles of equal areas.
By a theorem...

Hope it helps you.

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Given :P mid point and Q mid point

Ar(∆PQF)=6cm^2

To find:Ar(∆EQF)

==:Ar (∆EQF)=Ar∆PQF+Ar∆EQP

Ar(EQF)=6cm^2+6cm^2

(P mid point of EF, QF divides EQF into

2 equal triangles)

:.AR∆EQF=12cm^2
