Govt should create a "flipkart" and "ebay" for rural India.
let every village- we have only 6,00,000- have an organisational account and every farmer of that village can have account of them.
these accounts will be maintained by e-centre in villages.
the benefits of these will create entrepreneurs not job seekers.agricultural scientist should be appointed at district level so that people with minimum resources can increase the produce. Soil testing should be easily available...at district level and block levelagricultural r velopmental activities should bring rural population engaged and will give strength to our economy too.
