In what way did the theories of natural scientists help in shaping the Nazi Ideology?

Hitler's racism borrowed from thinkers like Charles Darwin and Herbert Spencer who were natural scientist. Darwin theory was about evolution and natural selection. Spencer's theory was survival of the fittest.
so by borrowing these ideas from these scientist he formed and ideology that the one who is fit and is not disabled have the right to live but other have not.
