Cyber Law is the branch of law that governs the use of Computers and Internet.
The cyber crime came into existence after making of the Constitution.
Thus, it is not included in the three lists- Union, State and Concurrent.
All the subjects which emerged later comes under the residuary subjects and only the Central Government is allowed to make laws on this subject.
