Per the Indian constitution, it is banned - however, Kerala has 10% muslim reservation and Telengana is trying to bring in 12% muslim reservation
Tamil Nadu has 3.5% muslim reservation , ( carved out of OBC quota ), because , per Dravidian Theory, Muslims and Christians are fellow dravidians
- If and when cases are filed against this by BJP - the Indian Supreme Court will ban these reservations
