NREGA stands for National Rural Employment Guarantee Act . According to this act , A person (especially women) living in rural areas is guaranteed 100 days of work. This help to decrease unemployment. THE govt also pays some money to those who were guaranteed work but did not get work. So it is correct to say that NREGA has right to work.
Thank You !
