Yes, Indian Monsoon is highly unpredictable
because Monsoon rains are affected by number of factors like the Inter
Tropical Convergence Zone, El Nino, changes in pressure conditions over
the Southern Oceans etc.
While sometimes India receive good rainfall,
sometimes, drought like situations are created. Hence, Indian Monsoon
are unpredictable in nature.

INDIAN MONSOON ARE HIGHLY UNPREDICTABLE BCOZ OF MANY FACTORS LIKE-GLOBAL WARMING,CYCLONES,EL NINO AND THE NEW ONE LA NINO, AND MANY THINGS AS WE CAN SEE THERE WILL BE LOT OF POLLUTION IN THE CITIES LIKE DELHI,MUMBAI,HYDERABAD. SO WE CANT PREDICT WHICH WILL BE THE SEASON NEXT AND DUE TO POLLUTION THERE WILL BE MANY SIDE EFFECTS WHICH MAKES US UNABLE TO PREDICT THE SEASON.AND THATS THE REASON THERE WILL BE LESS RAIN IN RAJASTHAN BUT AT THE SAME TIME THERE WILL BE HEAVY RAIN IN SOME PLACES THIS IS DUE TO SOME FACTORS LIKE EL NINO,LA NINO ETC.....
