Inertial Frame Of Reference :- The Frame Of reference which is at rest is called Inertial Frame of Reference.
Non Inertial Frame Of Reference:- The frame of reference which is not at rest is called Non Inertial Frame Of Reference.
For E.g. :-
If you are standing still i.e. at rest, and then , if you observe a body moving or at rest, then your frame of Reference is called INERTIAL FRAME
If you are sitting in a car (you are in motion w.r.t Ground) , and then you observe a body , your Frame of Reference will be called Non Inertial Frame Of Reference
