• Firstly let's find the radius

$\sf \: 440 = 2 \times \dfrac{22}{7}$

$\sf \: 440 = \dfrac{44}{7}$

$\sf \: r = \cancel{ 440 \times \dfrac{7}{44}}$

$\sf \: r = 10 \times 7r=10×7$

Hence :-

Radius = 70 m

$\sf \: Outer \: diameter = 2(70 + 14)$

$\sf \: Outer \: diameter = 168 \:$

Hence :-

Outer diameter = 168 m.
