Its will be a small letter becauze for typimg on capital letters, you need to ON Capslock or press the letters simultaneously with pressing Shift button.

It will be small letter if capslock is off but if capslock is on or pressing a letter and simultenously pressing SHIFT makes the letter capitalized.
