In short, interphase is a phase between two mitosis or two meiosis.
Main purpose of interphase is to make a cell ready for divison.
Interphase includes-
1)G1 phase
2)S phase
3)G2 phase
Interphase is same in both type of divisions irrespective of its types.
but if you take interval between Meiosis 1 and Meiosis 2 it is called as Interkinesis. but is very short period.
but Meiosis 1 and Meiosis 2 are part of whole meiosis. so interkinesis never be called as interphase.
