I visited Hari Nagar the other day and took an interview of a few residents over there who are facing acute water shortage.

Some excerpts of the interview is as follows.

Me - Since how long are you facing water shortage issue?

Mr. Santosh Khanna ( a resident) - we are facing water shortage since the last 6 months.

Me - what have you done to address the issue?

Mr. Khanna - We have written to the local Municipal Commissioner regarding the problem and even met him a few days back.

Me - what did he have to offer the residents here?

Mr. Khanna - He has assured us that the problem will be solved very soon as the town Municipality is building a new water tank for the area. He has also informed us that lines are being diverted through our area so that we can receive non-stop supply of water round the clock.

Me - So, are the residents satisfied here?

Mr. Khanna - At the moment, we are believing the authorities as they are doing the needful. We expect that our problems will be solved soon.
