Some Important Guidelines to be followed by Everyone

Donate Blood
1) If it's more than 3 months till your last blood donation
2) If age between 18 years - 60 years ,
Weight More Than 45 Kg
3)Healthy Mind and low blood pressure, Free from Diabetes, Not suffering from blood- transmitted disease
BENEFITS OF DONATING BLOOD

a)To lower Iron levels in your body, less chances of Heart Attack
b) To keep yourself healthy by generating your blood cells
c) Donors are given preference when in need of Blood
SO, EVERYONE SHOULD COME AHEAD TO DONATE BLOOD TO GIVE ANOTHER NEEDY PERSON, A NEW LIFE!!
