your book means an incremental degree in kelvin. the kelvin scale and celsius scale have the same size of degrees, they are just shifted from each other by about 273 degrees.
I think you just misinterpreted what the book was saying.

I don't think so. degree Celsius and kelvin scale are having a difference of 273. so in any situation we cant find values of kelvin Celsius as equal
