the Brook is immortal because immortal means one never stop or one never end,one who continuously moving and non living thing .And the Brook will also never stop he will flow continuously, but one day man has to go from this world but the Brook not.

Bilalahmad: But it's written in the poem that the brook gets old and ends its journey by merging in pro the sea???
satishpandey: It is written but when he merge in pro the see then it not means that it will finish forever it will flow again from his origin to his final destination

The brook had been compared to as human's life, it's life is transistory. Like everything born on this planet brook is also born from the mountains in a gushing stream. Similarly brook meets its fate at last when it merges with the sea. The river brook represents the various stages in humans life, which is mortal and meets the end. So in the same way we can conclude that brook is not Immortal. Mark me as the brainliest plsss
