Is cancer just vitamin B12 deficiency.........is caner treatement is fake....is this a rumour.....

No it's not fake.
Cancer can be defined as uncontrolled growth explosion within tissues of group of cells. They simply refuse to die and acts violently.
Anemia is the disease caused daue to deficiency of Vitamin B12 maybe you are confusing anemia with cancer
