Is dieting more important than doing exercise or yoga to keep the body fit and healthy?

According to me staying fit is vital for everyone. Few people presume that they can attain the so-called "0 Figure" only by manipulating their diet by reducing the excess calories and inducing bizzare items in it. But let me tell u that these things would just decrease the intake of undesired calories but will not burn the sublimate in your body.
And unless you burn the sublimate (mainly fats) you cannot be categorised as a healthy person. In order to burn fats you need to work out, which is possible through exercise, yoga, steam baths and etc.
Thus I highly recommend everyone to exercise rather than influencing their diet.
But I am not against the weird things that we eat expecting that they would reduce our weight, they will actually clean your body from inside out and this will make you feel better.
