Glucose is neither an acid, nor a base nor a salt! It's a simple carbohydate compound. Acids, Bases and salts are formed by the intraction of ions
Ex. Acid- H+ + Cl- = HCl
Base- Na+ + OH- = NaOH
Salt- Na+ + Cl- = NaCl
Here the ions are H+, Na+,Cl-,OH- and thus are involved in the formation of acids, bases or salts! In glucose, there are no ions and thus it is a simple compound...
