Yes, There Is Gravity in Space. Astronauts might float in space, but that doesn't mean gravity doesn't exist up there.

While in orbit astronauts experience weightlessness not because there is no gravity in space but because an orbiting body is in a constant state of free fall. The astronaut is merely falling around the earth at the same rate as the shuttle is.
