No. Human skin will slowly absorb water, and there are a number of orifaces that a living person has to actively keep closed tight to keep water from seeping in.
If a dead human were to be left in water for several days, or even weeks, it would swell up from absorption of the skin, and water leaking in through larger orifaces, such as the ears, nostrils, and mouth
