Yes, A body can have constant speed but still accelerate as in case of uniform circular motion. In uniform circular motion speed remains constant and direction of velocity changes with every point in the direction of tangent drawn from that point.

Acceleration depends on change in velocity .

Velocity depends on magnitude and direction .

In other words ,

velocity = speed × direction .

Here , we have speed = constant .So the direction must change .

This can happen , when object moves in uniform circular motion .

The direction of velocity always changes here , the direction is given by tangent at that point .
