Is it possible to get negative values for phosphorus estimation in colorimetry ?

Molality is defined as no of moles of solute per unit kg of solvent. Since it represents concentration of a solution, it cannot be negative as negative amount of moles of a particle cannot be there in a solution or mass of solvent cannot be negative.
