It is not possible to make circular motion with zero acceleration.

In circular motion, velocity keeps on changing at each and every point as it is a vector quantity.

And acceleration is rate of change of velocity.

Since velocity changes continuously, acceleration comes into existence.

Actually, it isn't possible to make a circular motion with zero acceleration as velocity is a vector quantity so it keeps on changing its direction.

And whenever velocity is there, acceleration occurs !!

This is because if we go with the definition of acceleration then we can find that its the rate of change of velocity.
