We know that (a - b)^2 = a^2 + b^2 - 2ab

Given Equation is (2x - 1/3)^2 - (x - 5/3)^2.

((2x)^2 - 2 * 2x * 1/3 + (1/3)^2) - (x^2 - 2x * 5/3 + (5/3)^2)

(4x^2 - 4x/3 + 1/9) - (x^2 - 10x/3 + 25/9)

4x^2 - 4x/3 + 1/9 - x^2 + 10x/3 - 25/9

4x^2 - x^2 - 4x/3 + 10x/3 + 1/9 - 25/9

4x^2 - x^2 + 6x/3 - 24/9

4x^2 - x^2 + 2x - 8/3

3x^2 + 2x - 8/3.

Hope this helps!
