Is kerosene is lighter than water? If we add kerosene in water what will be happens to kerosene?

kerosine is lighter than water. if it falls on water it will float

yes kerosene is lightet than that of watet this is because of its low density, its density is less than water water so according to archemedes principle if it has less density than watet so it should float on water thats what exactly happen to te kerosene it rests on the surface of water and u can easily remove it.
