I think both are of equal importance. By saying sorry u can be relieved but the one to whom you did the mistake may not be satisfied.
But love can be spread all over. Every one can be beaten by love. When you show ur love to someone else, though you have done a mistake, it won't be in their minds. Because of ur true love and affection that will hide their eyes.
So what I'm coming to say is Sorry is good.
But you can beat or convince anyone by love.
