but some are saying general is the highest cast

Nahi bhai koi jaat or caste highest nhi hai.This is just public mindset which makes any caste higher.As general is considered as most prosperous it have the most disadvantages also and obc is not the highest caste.If one have to choose highest caste he/she should choose general.But aisa kuch hai nahi ki yahi highest ho
