no,prokaryotes are not unicellular,eukayoutes are unicellular and prokaryotes are multicellular.

ya!!!!!! prokaryotes are unicellular.......And the nucleus and the nuclear membrane is absent in prokaryotes....... Ex:parasitic bacteria...
except these bacterias all prokaryotes are multicellular..
