It can be anything in the world, it is good only when it is in limit. likewise rain is good if it is in limit .it is useful for farmers ,water scarcity is minimised .but if it crosses it's limit it may be dangerous .recently in chennai heavy rain has caused a lot of damage .many are suffering without their home
so anything it can be it is dangerous if it crosses it's limit
