The nucleus structure of plants and animals are same.this structure of nucleus in plants and animals is called eukaryotic,in which the nuclear membrane is present (well developed nucleus) and cell organelles are also present with large ribosomesand several lengths of genetic material called DNA.

The nucleus structure of bacteria is of prokaryotic type in which no nuclear membrane is present, only a single length DNA with no cell organells and small ribosomes.
Hope it helped you.
