..... at the moment is not possible because it hasnt been proven yet that MARS has water and some subterranean life …..although there are some rumors in the internet about a subterranean life on mars but NASA hasn't officially announced such cases so cant say for sure……Another rumor which goes in the Internet is that we the HUMANS might have originally been from Mars ….Although there is no solid proof that suggest this but there are some scientist who believe in such theory that we have been originally from MARS and that our life in Earth started from the meteorite fall during the dinosaur age which wiped out the entire dinosaur population from the face of the earth because of the part of the brain that is present only in Humans and not in any other life form on the EARTH.

Now coming back to your question……for us to live on mars we have to have three necessary things -air, water and food….for the above to be present on Mars …well no proof has been surfaced yet but i believe in the next 30 to 40 years we might be able to estimate that…….a

As for now i believe we may or may not be able to live on MARS…….hope it helps u☺
