\huge\underline{Answer}

No, universe is not a black hole but black hole is present in the center of the universe.The discovery of it is little bit suprising as it was discovered that black hole is five times more massive than the Milky Way's black hole despite the galaxy being less than five-thousandths the mass of the Milky Way. Some galaxies, however, lack any supermassive black holes in their centers.

The white hole is also discovered in NASA which is a hypothetical region of spacetime which cannot be entered from the outside, although matter and light can escape from it. In this sense, it is the reverse of a black hole, which can only be entered from the outside and from which matter and light cannot escape.

Hope\:it\:helps!
