Yes hearts of vertebrate is an example of homologous organ like brain. Main structure is same for all vertebrates but it will become functionally more complex for higher vertebrates.

in vertebrates the heart is commonly chambered , such that different chambers are been assign to allow the blood

the reason that strong supports the question is that in vertebrates the oxygenated blood flows through auricles and deoxygenated blood through ventricles , so hence this supports that vertebrates are homologous
