Wheat is a Monocot .

Explanation :

Monocot is short form for monocotyledon meaning mono- means one and cotyledon --- seed leaf
So, A monocot has only one seed.

Monocot leaves have stomata on both upper and bottom surface.

They have fibrous roots.

Secondary growth is absent.

Examples : Grains like wheat , corn, rice, millet etc
