- The person in charge of the project is obliged to know the number of segments the project has and the kind of expertise required in every section. Finding suitable personnel thus is critical

- Developing a team has issues like looking into the perfomance of the personnel to dictate their viability to the project, choosing team leaders at different levels of the project and instilling a team work spirit to the team.
