Radius (r) = d/2 = 140/2 = 70 cm
TSA of cylinder = 2πr(h+r)
= 2 x 22/7 x 70 ( 100 + 70)
= 2 x 22 x 10 ( 170)
= 440 x 170
= 74,800 cm²
