using the formula sinФ = cos (90-Ф)
                             cotФ = tan (90-Ф)
 
u get :

=>$\frac{cos70}{3cos70}+ \frac{4(sec^{2}59 - tan^{2}59}{3}+ \frac{2}{3}$
=>$\frac{1+4-2}{3}$
=>1
