It is because everyone we do think different than what we tell. People craft soft words to turn the tables and become trusted in another eyes.

But if we know what they are doing then we will understand that they are poisonous snakes.

This kind of things happens most in social media. People can lie no matter whoever it might be, therefore we should not trust their false apologies.
