Explanation:

In this question,

Judge of the Supreme Court cannot be Impeached easily. Therefore given Statement is False. According to the Indian Constitution, the judge of the Supreme Court remains in office till 65 years. The judge of the Supreme Court can be removed on two grounds i.e prooved misbehavior and incapacity. The process for removal of a judge is given in Judges Inquiry Act,1986.

1) At least 50 members of Rajya sabha may give a signed notice to Chairman or at least 100 members of Lok sabha may give a signed notice to Speaker of Lok sabha. The Speaker or Chairman may consult individuals and check on relevant materials relating to notice, based on which they can admit or refuse to admit the notice.

2) If the notice is admitted the Speaker or Chairman will form a 3 member committee to frame the charges based on which investigation will be conducted. The judge can also defend himself in front of the 3 member committee

3) After Investigation report will be submitted to Chairman who will lay report before Rajya Sabha and speaker, who will then lay the report before Lok sabha.

4) The motion for removal is required to be adopted by both the Houses of Parliament by (i) a majority of the total membership of that House, and (ii) a majority of at least two-thirds of the members of that House present and voting. If the motion is adopted by this majority, the motion will be sent to the other House for adoption.

5) Once the motion is adopted by both both Houses of Parliament, it is sent to the President, who will then issue an order for the removal of the Supreme Court judge.
