Yes in kinamatics motion means a particle is moving with some speed with respect to time is known as motion if the position of the particle change with respect to time then it is meant as motion yes because it is only describe for point objects just like particle for exact calculation dude have doubt ask in comment box it's postion with some points in a reference frame the motion the motion of the particle takes place because when a particle change it's position with respect to time we call it variation of position takes place and change the coordinates of the reference frame so it change the path of the object and as a result we call it motion because motion means the Change of position with respect to time and in kinamatics we study the change in path of the particles with respect to time because we need exact data to find time speed velocity etc and it shows the creation of motion come from the term kinamatics as a change of position with respect to time

bulusumurty: here what is meant by describing the motion
bulusumurty: in Dynamics we explain the motion
enrique: Yes motion means rate of change of position with respect to time
bulusumurty: my doubt is what is the difference between describing and explaining
enrique: Yeah I know
enrique: I am clearing ur doubt don't worry
bulusumurty: please clarify my doubt
bulusumurty: tnqs
laharipragna: fast please
enrique: Done
