kitty was the diary which Anne got as a present on her birthday and she said _ it is one of the nicest present she had ever got on her birthday actually she was searching for a true friend she said on the surface she seem to have everything which mean that she had many friends about 30 people live in parents 16 year old sister loving aunts and a good home but she do not have a true friend which she wanted that's why she started to write the diary Shiva said that paper has more patience than people because in the diary she can write everything she want to write a share have all the feelings she wanted kitty be a friend

i feel this answer is more longer. this is because the book was published by her father and anne was then "immortalized" as her life was published. then we can write tht how she became more an more attached to her diary(kitty)
