Knowledge about past is a must to complete our knowledge of the contemporary world. Our past is like a foundation on which we construct and build up the building of the present and future. Past knowledge is the foundation in all spheres. For example, if I intent to create an English futuristic novel or any novel on the contemporary theme, I must not only study the basics of the English language, but I must also have a thorough knowledge of the past themes on which novels were written.
Similarly, a modern physicist can’t even think of studying, exploring and discovering any physics law without studying the past physics laws discovered and theories created by Newton and Einstein. In the same manner, in all the spheres past knowledge is indispensable for acquiring complete knowledge in any field.
