L.S.A.= 2 (l+b)×h
= 2×(3.6+1.8)×1.2
=2× 5.4× 1.2

Lateral surface area of cuboid = 2h(l+b)

Length = 3.6 m

Breadth = 1.8 m

Height = 1.2 m

Lateral surface area=

2×1.2m×(1.8+3.6)m

=12.96 m^2.

The required area is 7.92 m^2.

Lateral surface area = Area of 4 walls .
