Since we know that, the more the latent heat of evaporation of a liquid, the more cooling effect it produces.

The liquid B will produce more cooling effect because it has a higher latent heat of vapourization as compared to liquid A.

Therefore, the liquid B will absorb more heat and produce a more cooling effect than the liquid A.

Answer:

Liquid B will produce more cooling effect than liquid A, because it will absorb more heat from surroundings for evaporation. (latent heat of evaporation)
