Law of square of a triangle is also known as Pythagoras theorem which says that perpendicular square + base square = hypotenuse square.

if you want the area of a triangle the formulae (law) is as follows:- 
1/2 X base X height 
 
eg:- if a base of a triangle is 6 and height is 8, therefore, its area is  is 
1/2 X 6 X 8 
"X" is a multiplication symbol
