leela and her grandmather differ in their ages by 60 yrs. After 10 yrs if the sum of their ages is 100 yrs, what are their present ages​

x-y=60...(1)
(x+10)+(y+10)=100
x+y+20=100
x+y=100-20
x+y=80...(2)

x+y=80
x-y.=60
2x=140
x=70 years

x+y=80
70+y=80
y=80-70
y=10 years

hence, their present ages are 10 and 70 years...
